HM PRACTICAL LAB

A specialized training space in a hotel management or hospitality institute where students get hands-on practice in different areas of hotel operations such as:

  • Food Production Lab (Kitchen Lab): For cooking and culinary training.

  • Food & Beverage Service Lab: For restaurant and service skills.

  • Front Office Lab: For reception, guest handling, and reservation training.

  • Housekeeping Lab: For cleaning, decoration, and room management skills.
